Fully-Integrated Design that Drives Conversion
Through a focus on intuitive design and cross-platform integration, AZDS designed and developed a custom booking engine for Virgin Hotels’ properties to empower users with effortless navigation as well as enhanced visibility into member-exclusive rates, all seamlessly integrated into the both the property websites and Mobile App. As a result of AZDS’ strategic integration efforts, the new enhanced experience drives increased conversion, bookings and order value, all within the signature Virgin Hotels brand voice.

At every step of the booking journey, AZDS incorporated the iconic Virgin Hotels branding to create a cohesive and immersive experience for users that carries through the color palette, branded icons, custom room amenities, signature fonts, and more. The end result? A booking experience that is seamlessly integrated and consistent with the website and Mobile App experience for an enhanced and fully on-brand user journey.

AZDS created the ability for Virgin Hotels’ guest membership program, The Know, to be integrated into the guest booking flow, through custom integrations with internal and third party verification systems. This allows both existing and new members to sign into The Know from within their room selection process to unlock special members-only rates.
