Role Description
As a Senior Manager of Digital Marketing, reporting to the Sr. Director of Client Services at AZDS, you will lead and optimize performance-driven campaigns for major international brands. Your expertise in building successful Paid Media campaigns, overseeing email campaigns, crafting strong and compelling content and messaging, managing website CMS platforms and project managing strategic marketing initiatives will be instrumental in achieving measurable results.
Beyond technical proficiency, your role demands exceptional leadership and communication skills. You will synthesize data from various sources to provide strategic recommendations through effective business storytelling. Your positive, service-oriented mindset will foster a collaborative atmosphere as you manage multiple projects with agility and drive innovation.

Key Role Responsibilities
- Lead and oversee the development and execution of digital marketing strategies for clients.
- Manage and optimize performance-driven campaigns across various digital channels.
- Build and implement Paid Media campaigns (Google, Metasearch, Social, Programmatic etc), ensuring effective targeting and budget allocation.
- Project manage digital marketing initiatives from definition through completion.

Role Description:
A Digital Marketing Director at AZDS is an experienced digital marketing leader with exceptional communication skills that is able to translate our clients’ business goals and objectives into a digital marketing strategy; create, optimize and measure digital performance marketing campaigns; and manage complex digital initiatives involving numerous internal and external stakeholders.
Our ideal candidate has experience developing and presenting data-driven marketing strategies with associate budgets to senior leadership, managing paid media campaigns across multiple digital channels, creating audience-centric CRM strategies, is familiar with making updates in WordPress and/or other website Content Management Systems, and has led 360-degree digital marketing campaign planning, optimization and reporting to deliver measurable results.
