We are seeking an eager, driven Account Executive to join our Client Services team to support the Account Director with executing various marketing campaigns, client projects, and digital platform deliverables for a portfolio of world-class Clients.

Role Description:

An Account Executive at AZDS is a driven, curious and agile team contributor, who has a background in digital marketing, content, website management, and is eager to learn and develop new skills.

This role is ideal for a junior marketer who shows initiative to manage multiple digital marketing and website related project simultaneously, lean into new development opportunities, and deliver excellence in execution for the many marketing campaign elements, content deliverables, and website updates across multiple Clients.

Working in one of the luxury travel industry’s premier digital agencies, your role will be multi-faceted, ever evolving, and requires high levels of teamwork, emotional intelligence, and strong commitment to excellence.

This is a client-facing role that requires exceptional verbal and written communication skills, the ability to receive client feedback and requirements, as well as the ability to confidently and effectively present information and recommendations to clients and senior-level stakeholders.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Support the Account Director: build and manage account status reports; manage project to timelines and project; communicate business goals, objectives and updates to internal and external stakeholders; and update clients’ digital marketing strategy and budgets to align with overall client goals.
  • Assist with building, programming and optimizing digital marketing campaigns across multiple advertising channels, including, but not limited to, Google Ads, Digital Display Ads, Paid Social Media, MetaSearch, and others.
  • Build and code Email communications in various CRM platforms.
  • Write copy and create marketing messaging for various digital content executions
  • Execute SEO updates for website pages, Google listings and more
  • Actively participate in website platform updates and development of new features, in partnership with internal developers
  • Assist with Client platform support inquiries, communication and management of new initiatives, platform enhancements, bug fixes and more

Required Skills:

  • 2-4 years of digital marketing and client facing experience
  • Experience with creating, editing and managing content within website CMS systems, preferably WordPress
  • Ability to create, edit and optimize HTML/CSS, and experience working within email building / campaign management tools
  • Hands-on experience with Google Ads and Google Analytics, and understanding of best practices within the platforms
  • Basic SEO knowledge
  • Ability to write copy for digital marketing platforms, including marketing messaging in short, medium and long-form for various channels

Preferred experience:

  • Prior digital marketing experience desired
  • Prior experience in an agency setting or in hotels/hospitality preferred

We are seeking a dynamic Social Media Campaign Manager to join our team to set up, build, manage and optimize paid social campaigns on Meta (Facebook, Instagram) and other social media platforms.

Role Summary:

The Senior Manager, Client Services role will work on a dedicated portfolio of ~15 luxury and ultra-luxury hotels and resorts, under one brand portfolio. Reporting to the Sr. Director, Client Services who oversees this account portfolio, the Senior Manager, Client Services will help support day-to-day client priorities, retainer deliverables, as well as ad hoc project work.

The marketing services this role will support include: ongoing website updates, maintenance and support; SEO; paid social campaign management (Facebook/Instagram); banner ad creative; booking engine maintenance and support; and metasearch advertising.

The Senior Manager, Client Services will be a jack of all trades – with a high level of proficiency communicating with clients, managing projects, owning work within assigned areas, and executing all work with a very high level of attention to detail.

The ideal candidate is a self-starter who enjoys wearing many hats, thrives in a fast-paced environment, and can be successful operating with some level of ambiguity. He or she should be comfortable making quick decisions, providing thoughtful and rationale-based insights on day-to-day work, and anticipating client questions. Our ideal candidate should be someone who will enjoy a combination of strategy, task management and execution. To be successful on this account portfolio, a high level of attention to detail is essential.

Key Role Responsibilities:

  • Oversee assigned areas of ownership within the retainer, including developing a strategy/plan, executing or coordinating with internal team members to execute, and obtaining client approvals/feedback.
  • Review team deliverables for quality and consistency, and be a final set of eyes on agency work before being shared with clients.
  • Understand and master client brand voice and preferences, and be able to apply to all client deliverables.
  • Paid Social: Coordinate with the analytics team to ensure pixels and conversion API are functioning correctly.
  • Paid Social: Build custom audiences, and provide strategic audience recommendations.
  • Paid Social: Set up campaigns, monitor for optimizations.
  • Paid Social: Manage client approvals and communications, and support client questions.
  • Coordinate WordPress content enhancement opportunities, including client communications, plan development, coordination with the development team, testing, and scalable roll-out plan
  • Serve as liaison between SEO team and client, helping to ensure project work is executed on time, is reviewed and approved by the client, and aligns with the overall strategy. Understand SEO fundamentals; ability to speak on SEO strategy and optimizations, as well as insights and recommendations.
  • Oversee ad hoc projects, including resource coordination, planning, and client communications.
  • Mentor and grow other team members, helping to nurture professional development and skill growth
  • Support all client requests, or tasks as assigned
